1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to The AI Conductor's public websites, publication pages, free emails, and free resources. Paid purchases are also governed by the Founding Purchase Terms shown before checkout. If these Terms conflict with the Purchase Terms about a paid entitlement, the Purchase Terms accepted for that purchase control that entitlement.

2. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter abinding agreement. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to doso and that your use complies with applicable law and the rights of other people.
3. Free content and emails
You may read public content and use free resources for your own lawful personal or business work.Unless a resource states otherwise, you may not republish, sell, sublicense, scrape at scale,redistribute, or place the content or source files in a shared content library.You may unsubscribe from promotional or editorial emails using the link in the message. We maystill send essential purchase, access, security, policy, or support communications when permitted.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for using an accurate email address, protecting account access, and telling us promptly about suspected unauthorized use. Do not share an individual paid account or use the service to bypass a purchase limit or license restriction.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website, publication, or included resources to:
break the law or another person's rights;
introduce malicious code, interfere with security, or disrupt the service;
attempt unauthorised access to an account, system, or data;
misrepresent your identity or purchase entitlement;
copy, resell, publish, or redistribute protected source materials outside the applicable license; or
use automated access at a volume that harms the service or ignores a published technical limit.
6. Ownership
The website, publication, branding, guides, templates, Skills, prompts, tools, and source assets areowned by or licensed to Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd. They are protected by applicable intellectualproperty laws. Access does not transfer ownership. Specific paid use rights are described in thePurchase Terms.
7. Third-party services and links
The AI Conductor may explain or link to AI products, hosting services, applications, websites, andother third-party services. Those services are operated by other parties and may change theirfeatures, prices, terms, availability, data practices, or compatibility. A link or example is not aguarantee, endorsement, or promise of continued availability.
8. Educational information and AI limitations
The content is general educational and implementation information. It is not legal, tax, financial,medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsafe output. You remainresponsible for checking facts, permissions, confidentiality, intellectual property, and theconsequences of using an output. Use qualified professional advice for high-consequence decisions.
9. Availability and changes
We may correct, update, reorganise, migrate, suspend, or discontinue public content or platformfeatures. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every tool, model,device, region, or future software version. Paid access rights are governed by the Purchase Termsaccepted for that purchase.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website, free content, and free resources areprovided on an as available basis. We do not promise that they will be error-free, uninterrupted,fit for every business, or produce a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right orremedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Liability
Subject to applicable law, Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from use of free content or third-party tools, including lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data. The final limitation for paid purchases appears in the Purchase Terms. This clause must receive legal review for every market in which the product is sold. It does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including any applicable liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury.
12. Suspension
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a non-urgent problem.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The updated page will show a new effectivedate. We will provide reasonable notice of a material change when required. A later website-Termsupdate does not silently remove a paid entitlement already granted under the Purchase Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
Contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve the problem. Subject to any mandatoryconsumer rights that apply where you live, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore andthe courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.

Privacy Notice
1. Who is responsible for your personal data
Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd., UEN 202235170R, operates The AI Conductor and is responsible for personal data under its control.
Ken Moo is the designated Data Protection Officer for the founding pilot. Contact him at[email protected] or write to

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use The AI Conductor, we may collect:
your name, email address, account identifier, and subscription status;
signup source, consent choices, email delivery, opens, clicks, and unsubscribe activity where the selected tools and law permit;
purchase, invoice, tax-location, refund, chargeback, and entitlement records;
payment status and limited transaction details received from Stripe or another payment provider; we do not intend to receive or store your full card number;
support messages, attachments, and the information you choose to send us;
browser, device, IP address, referral, page visit, security, and diagnostic information produced by the public-page host, Beehiiv, forms, analytics, or security tools; and
records needed to protect accounts, prevent misuse, investigate a problem, or comply with law.
3. How we use the information
We may use personal data to:
deliver free and paid publication access;
create and administer an account, entitlement, purchase, receipt, refund, or support request;
send requested editorial emails, product access messages, essential service notices, and promotional messages where permitted;
remember consent, preferences, and unsubscribe choices;
understand broad acquisition and product use, improve content, and diagnose broken journeys;
secure the service, prevent misuse, and enforce the license and purchase cap;
keep accounting, tax, dispute, and compliance records; and
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where a law requires a particular basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, consent, compliance with law, or legitimate interests that are not overridden by individual rights. Counsel must confirm the applicable basis and notices for every target market.
4. AI tools used by buyers
The AI Conductor teaches buyers how to use third-party AI tools. When you paste or upload your own business information directly into Codex, Claude, Hermes, or another third-party service, that service processes the information under its agreement and privacy terms with you. Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd. does not receive that information merely because you followed one of our guides. If you send business files to our support address, use a future hosted AIC tool, or expressly share material with us for a service, the privacy notice must cover that separate collection and purpose. Do not send secrets, credentials, or personal data you are not authorized to share.
5. Service providers and disclosure
We may disclose the information needed to operate the service to providers such as:
Beehiiv for publication, subscriber, email, account, and Premium-access functions;
Stripe for payment, fraud prevention, refund, and transaction processing;
Beehiiv for website delivery, security, and technical logs;
Beehiiv for the analytics and attribution described in the Cookie Notice;
the selected support and business-email provider;
professional advisers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and service providers where reasonably necessary; and
authorities, courts, or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service.
We may also transfer relevant records as part of a genuine financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
6. International processing
Our providers may process information outside Singapore or your country. We will use contractual, organizational, or other safeguards required for the transfer. Singapore PDPC guidance requires comparable protection for personal data transferred outside Singapore unless an exception applies. The final notice should name transfer mechanisms needed for the actual customer regions.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, the paid entitlement, security, dispute handling, and legal, accounting, or tax duties. The final schedule must state or internally document periods for:
subscriber and consent records;
purchase, tax, entitlement, refund, and chargeback records;
support messages and attachments;
website, email, security, and analytics logs; and
suppressed email addresses needed to honor an unsubscribe.
Approved schedule, confirmed by Ken on 5 September 2026:
Subscriber, consent, marketing and support records: deleted two years after the person's last activity, meaning no open, click, login or message in that period. An unsubscribed address is kept indefinitely in a suppression list, because that is the only way to honour the unsubscribe.
Anything attached to a payment — purchase, tax, entitlement, refund and chargeback records: kept five years from the end of the financial year the transaction falls in, as Singapore's Companies Act and the tax authority require. If a tax assessment is disputed, those records are kept until the dispute is fully resolved, however long that takes.
Website, email, security and analytics logs: kept no longer than twelve months unless needed for an open security or fraud investigation.
The five-year clock starts at the end of the financial year, not on the day of the transaction.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet transmission, third-party platform, or storage system is completely secure. Contact[email protected] promptly if you believe personal data or an account has been compromised.
9. Your choices and rights
You may:
unsubscribe from editorial or promotional emails using the link in the message;
withdraw a consent with reasonable notice where processing relies on that consent;
ask about personal data we hold and request access or correction, subject to applicable exceptions; and
request deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or another right when the law that applies to you provides it.
Send a request to [email protected]. We may need to verify identity and keep limited information where the law, a transaction record, security, or a legal claim requires it. Withdrawing from publication emails may affect email delivery but does not by itself create a refund or remove a paid hosted entitlement. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Singapore or the relevant authority where you live. We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate.
10. Children
The AI Conductor is intended for adults operating or working in a business. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly offer Founding Access to anyone under 18. Contact [email protected] if you believe a child has provided personal data.
11. Cookies and similar technology
See the Cookie Notice for the technology used on the live pages, the purpose, provider, duration, and available choices. Where consent is required, non-essential analytics or advertising technology should remain off until the visitor makes a choice.
12. Changes
We may update this notice when the service, providers, or law changes. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice of a material change where required.

The AI Conductor Founding Access Purchase Terms
These Purchase Terms form the agreement between the named buyer and Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd. forThe AI Conductor Founding Access. The terms and product summary presented at checkout are part ofthe agreement. Keep a copy of your receipt and these terms.
1. Seller and price
The seller is Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd., UEN 202235170R.
The founding price is $99 USD paid once.
It is not a recurring subscription. Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd. is not GST registered, so no Singapore GST is charged, shown, or stated on the price, invoice, or receipt. This does not resolve foreign sales tax on digital sales to consumers in other countries; that question is recorded as an accepted pilot risk and must be settled before any launch larger than the founding tier.
Founding Access is limited to approximately the first 50 completed paid purchases. A place is secured only after payment completes. The cap is monitored manually, so a small number of purchases may complete around the limit. Every completed purchase receives founding access at the price paid. Keep the count current before making any statement about remaining places.
2. What the purchase includes
The purchase includes:
every The AI Conductor Premium issue published before the purchase;
every future The AI Conductor Premium issue published during the operating life of The AI Conductor Premium;
normal prompts, templates, Skills, files, checklists, examples, small tools, and companion resources released as part of those Premium issues;
corrections or replacement files that remain part of an included Premium issue while the product is operated; and
the Founding AI Workforce Map if it is expressly listed as delivered in the final checkout.
The active editorial target may be one substantial Premium web guide in an active publishing week, often with a shorter email edition. This is a target, not a promise of a minimum issue count or an uninterrupted weekly schedule. Occasional breaks, changes, corrections, or a different publishing rhythm may occur.
3. Meaning of lifetime access
Lifetime access means access for the operating life of The AI Conductor Premium publication and digital product under Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd. It does not mean the buyer's lifetime, Ken Moo'slifetime, or perpetual operation of any company, website, software, hosting service, or third-party platform.
If we migrate The AI Conductor Premium to a replacement platform while the product continues, the founding entitlement will follow eligible buyers to the replacement access method, subject to reasonable identity and account checks. If The AI Conductor Premium permanently ends, no continued updates, hosting, support, or future compatibility are promised after closure.
4. What is not included
Unless the final checkout expressly includes an item, Founding Access does not include:
standalone digital products sold separately;
software, hosted applications, managed agents, or paid communities;
courses, cohorts, events, workshops, consulting, coaching, audits, custom implementation, or done-for-you work;
third-party subscriptions, model usage, application fees, hosting, APIs, transactions, hardware, or internet access;
a team, agency, membership, or client-library license;
future products from Ken Moo, LTDG, Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd., or another business that are not expressly added to The AI Conductor Premium library;
perpetual support, a guaranteed response time, uninterrupted publication, or compatibility with every future AI product; or
a guaranteed amount of time saved, revenue, leads, conversions, business growth, or another outcome.
An experimental Founding Build Room, clinic, event, or community may be offered separately or as a temporary bonus. It is not a permanent community or lifetime entitlement unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.
5. Personal business-use license
Your purchase grants one named individual a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the included guides and companion assets:
in the buyer's own work;
in businesses the buyer owns or operates;
in client work personally performed by the buyer; and
in a private AI workspace controlled for that buyer's licensed use, subject to the AI provider's terms, privacy controls, confidentiality requirements, and applicable law.
The buyer may adapt the methods and assets for that licensed work and may share normal finished business outputs. For example, a buyer may use an included Skill to prepare their own client recap and send the approved recap to that client. The buyer may not:
share the Premium library or source assets with teammates, clients, a membership, or another buyer;
place source assets in a shared company, agency, team, community, or public AI workspace;
resell, sublicense, publish, upload publicly, or redistribute the guides or source assets;
sell an included guide, Skill, template, prompt, or tool as a standalone deliverable;
use the source materials to create a competing content, template, prompt, or asset library; or
remove ownership notices or misrepresent the material as the buyer's original source product.
A future team license, if offered, is a separate product. Normal output rights do not turn the source assets into a transferable library.
6. Buyer's responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for:
checking AI output before use;
obtaining permission to use business, employee, customer, client, or third-party information;
following confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, employment, consumer, professional, and other applicable duties;
reviewing the terms and data practices of every third-party AI or application used;
keeping consequential messages, payments, contracts, legal decisions, employment decisions, deletion, and other high-risk actions behind suitable human review; and
maintaining any account, software, subscription, model usage, data export, or connection needed for a particular guide.
7. Support
Founding Access includes reasonable email help with purchase access, missing included files, broken links, and brief clarification of an included guide. The current support contact is [email protected]. We reply as quickly as we can. No response time is promised. Support does not include custom installation, business consulting, debugging a buyer's full technology stack, building a job for the buyer, reviewing confidential client systems, or support for a third-party product. The buyer may need help directly from the third-party provider.
8. Refunds
The 14-day Refund Policy in section 6 applies to the purchase. It does not limit a refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, or other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Product changes and third-party compatibility
AI models and third-party products change. We may correct or replace included materials, change the recommended tool, or mark an old guide as no longer supported. We do not promise compatibility with every product, plan, device, operating system, region, or future version. A material correction remains within the founding entitlement when it is an update to an included Premium issue. A new standalone product does not become included merely because it addresses a similar problem.
10. Suspension or termination for misuse
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or systems, comply with law, investigate fraud, address a security threat, or enforce the license. Where practical, we will give notice and a reasonable chance to correct non-urgent misuse. We may terminate a license for material or repeated breach. This does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
11. Disclaimer
The guides and assets provide educational and implementation information, not regulated professional advice. AI output can be wrong or unsafe. We do not guarantee a particular business result, setup time, automation level, model behavior, or third-party availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimited Sales Pte. Ltd.'s total liability arising from a Founding Access purchase will not exceed the amount the buyer paid for that purchase. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from AI output, buyer decisions, or third-party services. Nothing in these Purchase Terms excludes or limits liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
13. Changes to Purchase Terms
The Purchase Terms accepted at checkout control the purchased entitlement. We may make reasonable prospective updates for security, platform migration, clearer operation, or changes in law, but a later update will not silently remove the buyer's core paid entitlement. We will provide reasonable notice of a material change when required.
14. Governing law and disputes
Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve the problem. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where the buyer lives, these Purchase Terms are governed by Singapore law and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
15. Entire agreement and severability
The checkout summary, these Purchase Terms, and the linked Refund Policy form the agreement for the purchase. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of that term.

Refund Policy
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your completed purchase of The AI Conductor Founding Access.
Send the request to [email protected] from the email address used for the purchase. Include the nameon the purchase and enough information for us to find the transaction. Do not email a full cardnumber or other sensitive payment credentials.
When the refund is processed, access to The AI Conductor Premium and the founding bonus ends. The personal business-use license to the refunded source materials also ends. You must stop using and delete downloaded source materials, except for normal finished business outputs already created under the license or records the law requires you to retain.
We will return the full amount charged by the seller to the original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or currency provider may take additional time to show the credit and may not return a separate exchange or bank fee that it charged. We will tell you when we have submitted the refund.
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Contact [email protected] if access is missing, a file is broken, or the product does not match the purchase description so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
